Premier Investments is a retail investment company controlled by industry doyen Solomon Lew. In 2008, Premier acquired Just Group, a diversified retailer whose brands include Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Jacqui E, Dotti, Peter Alexander and stationery chain Smiggle. Premier also owns a 26% stake in the listed appliance manufacturer Breville Group.
