Djerriwarrh is a large listed investment company with the majority of its funds invested in ASX Top 50 stocks. The company employs a covered call option strategy over part of its portfolio. This generates extra income, but also caps some of the upside from owning stocks over the long run. It’s not a strategy we find appealing.
