AIZ's main activity is in passenger airline operations. It operates flights domestically, both within New Zealand and Australia, and internationally, extensively covering the Asian region, as well as the United States, and Europe. International operations are undertaken independently and though codesharing. The Company's aircraft vehicles include the Boeing 747, Boeing 767 and Boeing 737. AIZ also encompasses business units providing engineering and ground handling services. Subsidiaries extend to booking systems, travel wholesaling and travel retailing. AIZ is 25% owned by Singapore Airlines and 30% by Brierley Investments.
